Upsal Garden Apartments

Poor Management everything is not what it seems Please don’t move here they have big roaches that roam in the basement 1 was sitting on my countertop when i came home from work ,it’s mice ,they take long to come fix anything in the apartment when you put in a work order slip , if you complain about noisy people with kids they don’t do anything about it no matter how many times you send text call or go to the office they’re favorite line is “I’ll take care of it” and never do ,you can not control the heat in the apartments everybody apartment is very hot all winter, the heaters make loud noise in the whole apartment complex, the residence are rude they don’t pick up trash if they drop it in and miss the dumpster it’s tacky nor do they speak, the walls are cracking and my ceiling was falling and my apartment was newly renovated, it’s never any parking, in the laundry room people leave dirty socks just laying around on the tables, during the pandemic they did not have any calm and courtesy if you couldn’t pay the rent, if there is a problem with the water or anything in the building they will not notify you you’ll just come home and the water will be off ,you have to pay for your air conditioner if you want to put it in the summer,they don’t have cameras in the back parking lot guys were breaking into cars in 2018 when i first moved here i can’t wait until my lease is up in 2021

I love my place!! I am a newbie tenant and it’s been wonderful here thus far. I few hiccups while moving in but nothing I couldn’t handle with the help of another tenant (who was amazing). The building is old and that’s what I like the most about it. The sense of community… it’s cool so far. I look forward to being here for a while.

I’m going to keep this short. DO NOT MOVE HERE. If it’s not the bugs (very traumatizing) it’s the water. If not the water it’s something with the electricity. If not that, it’s the parking!! (parking lot has been closed for more than 7 months with no explanation from management or property owners) if it’s not any of the above it’s the packages getting stolen! I’m not sugar coating anything for this place! Don’t even consider it.

This is literally the worst place I lived you can't ge3in touch with management when you call them there's always problems in the buildings elevator doesn't work water leaks electricity going out and plenty of water bugs
