This place is roach infested . They tried to rent an apartment to me and my two young children the apartment was so infested you could hear the roaches at night . I never moved in needless to say and got my money back. This place should be shut down . The place looks like a scary old hotel

This place is old and falling apart..You can hear the tenants above you talking as well as the ones living next to you and below you...and you also hear there tvs & radios.. it's not that the tenants are loud ..it's because the building is so old that the slightest sound can reverberate these walls and floors. If you need something fixed maintenance will be there in about a week to get the smallest thing done. The rent is outrages for living in a place like this and goes up every yr. No wonder this place is a revolving door. Sometimes you get a ignorant person driving in the parking lot with their music blaring ..mostly at night. and then there's the contention heated loud arguments...
