The apartment itself is fine. But definitely not a good place to live if you have a reactive dog. walls are paper thin here, and everyone seems to own a large dog in a tiny apartment.

I had a great experience when I lived here from 2021-2022. Tara in the rental office was a pleasure to speak with, and Boniface (the head of maintenance) was always timely and professional when I needed any work done. My building was clean, and I had good neighbors. I also appreciated the free on-site parking. When I had visitors, they could easily find free street parking as well. The complex is also located in a nice neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. Bus stops and Regional Rail are also within walking distance.

Where do I start ? It was a great apartment , great location and great neighbors . We lived here for 3 years . Parking was always available . I just want to give special shout-out and thanks to Boniface he is in charge of maintenance. He was great and always on top of things . Not only did he always do great job when we needed him he was always friendly and easy to talk to .

Loud neighbors are a issue here if you want to sleep at night I wouldn't come here.

This is a terrible apartment complex, specifically building D! I was not allowed to tour my specific apartment unit and the first day I moved in, I noticed at least 20+ different bugs in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom over the span of a few hours. It was disgusting and extremely unsanitary in the kitchen. I immediately informed management and they attempted to exterminate twice (or so they say). Exterminating did nothing. I tried to live there but after a few weeks of repeated bug issues (I could not go by 10 minutes without seeing a bug on the walls somewhere!) I terminated my lease and they still did not give me back my security deposit even after extensive photo evidence and numerous complaints! I had an extremely unpleasant experience here. DO NOT MOVE IN unless you are okay with constant bugs!
