worst place to live at ! 2 bed room and over priced

Finding a perfect apartment in Philadelphia is not the easiest, but I absolutely love living here! The area is quiet and people mind their own business. The complex is kept clean inside and out, grass is cut often, and convenient dog bags are kept around the complex when walking your dogs. Algon also has an Amazon Hub which is the best so packages from Amazon are secured. Although, I wish management installed a small shelf inside the mail area or doors so other packages arent left on the floor or kicked around. Thanks!

I'd give it no stars if I could. The halls smell like weed constantly, the neighbors sound like they are in the apartment with you, my packages have been opened, and my car had parts are continually being stolen from it in the parking lot! Someone actually went under the car and cut parts from it. Management does nothing except offer limp wristed excuses. Over priced and under serviced. Worst apartment I've ever lived in. Do not move here
