I accidentally left my camera and three lenses in my camera bag on the front seat while dropping the car off at 6::00 a.m. for a 7:10 flight. I didnt realize my mistake until just after I dropped the key off in the return box. Ive called this office no less than 2 dozen times and no one will answer the phone. The automated system always reports an error when I ask to be connected to lost and found. I filed a report with customer service , so far nothing has happened.
Update: still unable to get through to this office. Customer Service says that the office at the Erie airport has my camera but I cant get through to them.

The staff at Erie Airport Avis is friendly, efficient, knowledgeable. The car assignment was fantastic. Just a great experience!
