The counter person/people were very friendly and relaxed. The process was fast and easy. The car was really nice, it was clean, new and the tank was already full! Which was greatly appreciated. The price was right, actually lower than the other place I checked, and I prepaid which I feel like made everything run so much smoother. The return was fast and easy and the location was right near the entrance to the parkway, and right off of the business district of monroeville, all of which was a plus for me, picking up and returning. I'll definitely rent from here again.

Very unprofessional she came out 1 hour later from the back in August 2022 after me standing outside waiting for my rental I reserved in advance with track marks on her arms and rude

As in the Seinfeld skit about reserving a car, they said they didn't have a car to rent is, even though online they said they did. Clerk wasn't helpful at all and only got part of our money back. Never again Monroeville Avis

I had the worst experience here. I had to rent a car so I had a vehicle while mine was in the garage. I went online to book a rental, pickup and drop off in Monroeville. Pre-paid to save time as I was already cutting things close. When I arrived at the location, there were over one dozen different vehicles in the lot.
I entered the run-down little shack and was not only not greeted by the female inside, she just stared at me for a few seconds, leaning half out of her chair with a look of disgust and annoyance on her face. She finally asked "What?" to which I replied with my name and explained that I had a rental booked for pickup at 4PM. I was a little early, so I figured I may have to wait. Her response to me was a sniff and then "We ain't got no cars."
I looked out the windows in confusion, there are cars all over the parking lot... I told her that and she replied "I ain't got one for YOU." Oh, so I guess this was a "We don't serve your kind here." moment. What kind I am that she didn't want to serve is beyond me - I'm a middle aged white woman.
After some back and forth where she adamantly refused to refund my money while repeating that she "ain't got no car for" me, I eventually walked out. I had to call Avis Customer Service - twice. I was told I would receive a full refund the first time, but the refund that hit my account was for $50 less than the full amount. I called Avis Customer Service again - only to be told that the $50 "should" be refunded separately... in 3-5 business days. Absolutely horrible customer service. Avoid this Avis at all costs.
What kind of company are you running here, Avis???

First The Rental Wasnt Even Detailed, I have a 2:30 minute video of this rental, This had to be the worst rental i have ever driven.. The so called manager told me to be grateful for the rental she was able to give me, even though i already had a reservation in for over 1 week.. She was very mean and seem irritated by me asking about the vehicle i wanted.. The Highlander wasnt even cleaned, the only reason why i choose Avis is because its by the school i teach at.. The 3rd row seat was covered in dog hair.. Honestly they should have never rented that car period, to no one.. Again I have a video that shows how poorly this vehicle was.. No paying customers should be treat like this.. Its Hertz for me.. Been a Presidential Circle Customer for 8yrs, I Slipped Up on This One and I Literally Paid for it
