Terrible, called and reserved a car. The next day all of the sudden they have no cars even though I already reserved. Provided very limited updates. Very poor service

Called and reserved a car just to get there and they have no records of me calling. So
I was told by their employee at their location he will have a car available the next day. The next day comes and I have to call them just find out they don’t have a car. No apologies for the inconvenience of nothing just we”ll call you if we have one today. Very bad customer service, unprofessional, and unreliable.

Terrible experience reserved a car at 12:00 couldn't pick it up until 2:30 also reserve a large SUV couldn't get it when I got there was late for my trip check engine light came on during my trip had to cut short to bring the car back then they try to give me a minivan that I wouldn't take in the first place charge me full price no discount no nothing terrible experience I would never go back
