They had no respect for the customer and they were being a total smart A** about how they cant mix and match cards and identification cards. Total rude jerk wads. I wont be coming back

Your loss we made reservations for two moving trucks and a rental car that were scheduled to start to be picked up tomorrow for a very large move we were told and inconvenienced by this company that they now have no trucks available and there is absolutely nothing they can do for us and more than likely there are trucks sitting in their parking lot that they are bringing to different locations as they do! They would rather lie to their customers inconvenience and lose a lot of money then resolve the issue! They did not attempt to offer us a double rental to reimburse the size of the truck or anything really actually made it seem like it was our fault and he didnt want to do his job terrible company to do business with they will reserve your truck and then cancel on you the day before your move they do not care about their customers and apparently could care less to make money because like I said we had two 26 trucks and a rental car! we are switching to Uhaull I suggest you all do too!!! Dont waste your time or your money on this place buying a new home and moving across the country isnt cheap as it is and now we have to deal with incompetent people who cannot do their jobs correctly!
