Went there to pay my bill and set up my Iphone, It was pretty late and I was not prepared. The man behind the counter was rude and inattentive watching videos with stains on his shirt and carless in his appearance. He tried to argued with me and gave me attitude when he was not clear and concise on what needed to happen to get my iphone set up. Then told me to get out of his store for telling him to work on his attitude. Worst experience in a cricket store in my 14 years as a customer.

Weirdly these guys don't have any actual silver change in their cashier drawers, so you go to pay your bill it's always an estimate or or rounded amount because they don't have change, that's a little strange. other than that they're friendly and knowledgeabl. They're a cricket outlet store, just like any other Cricket store.

The only reason for one star is because that is as low as you can leave. They really need to stop advertising they are open on Sunday. Figure it out Cricket.
