I had dropped my phone and required a replacement. I was covered under geek squad, and the salesperson didn't charge me the deductible. But... the replacement phone he gave me, couldn't hold a charge at all. It must have been a reconditioned, but he didn't tell me.
I went back later to upgrade the phone he gave me and was helped by a different salesperson. I must have waited over an hour for the transaction to be finalized. Then come to find out that after waiting forever the person didn't record the transaction properly, so my bill was all messed up.
Going back is un-probable.

went in looking to change from sprint to Verizon. the lady did an upgrade check and told me I was pre-approved for the Verizon edge. gave it a couple of days and came back. saw the same lady again and said I wanted to make the switch. sat down and started going through the steps. couple minutes later she said I wasn't qualified for it and that I was going to have to spend another $670 dollars to get our phones. went into Verizon 2 days later and found out that I was approved on the application. lady lied straight to my face. I will never go to best buy for something again.
