Ari (If I spelled that right) made my switch super easy. She knew the specs of every phone I asked about, made it super easy. No stress. I went to Verizon in Albany and had such a bad experience I came here and switched on the spot. These people make dealing with phones nice. She alone deserves a huge raise. Good job, super smooth experience.

This location of cricket has wonderful customer service very good people that work there and worked with you until the problem was done to transfer the phones from AT&t to cricket that was very great of them and I appreciate it good job you guys
