        Was very helpful when I went into their store and I couldn't get my first phone turned back on so I had to buy another whole complet phone with a new phone number but that's okay though i needed a new phone and new phone number

        Friday I came to store to get a deal on switcher but the person denied to give phone instead when I forgot my wallet on counter he didnt returned me. Representative stole my wallet and everything is recorded I request the management to see the recording of Friday around 6:50 to 7:15 I forgot my wallet and when I came back within a minute he refused to return it. I am going to file a complaint against the management.

        I think the CSRs name was DeAndre but he was awesome. Great customer service even after my card didn't work. Go here to get a great phone and great service!

        customer service was uhg.... not great. Complete bait and switch, was expecting an offer that was listed online, this store is not honoring the very clearly listed online offers that are supposed to be redeemed instore. Manager was trying to tell me I was wrong and their website wasn't updated, went online to try and redeem the very similar but slightly more expensive offer and had no issues, other than I have to change my phone number . DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR OWN SAKE AND WELLBEING Tyler was so incredibly helpful, so thank you Tyler
