Verizon Express - Closed

Conceptually this is a top notch idea, not to mention all the time it saves. Full disclaimer you need to be tech savvy enough to handle more on your own than you would at a "real store" but these days Apple makes it so easy to transfer everything w/ a button, it was seamless. Faith was INCREDIBLY HELPFUL, Tim & Michelle were great company as well - 10/10 will be using this moving forward!

My phone never arrived. I canceled the order and re-ordered for in store pick up. They were unable to complete the order in store. So that order was canceled. But now a month has passed with hours and hours of phone calls and still they have been unable to give me a refund. I dont have a Verizon phone or a Verizon plan but they are trying to charge me for service. They say the order was canceled and my refund is coming and then I talk to someone else and they say it is pending and showing an error. I have devoted way too many hours to this nightmare. Never again. This is still unresolved. Please stop billing me for an account that doesnt exist. I have called so many times.

Ian and his manager, I believe his name is Bryan were great and helped me tremendously to solve my problem with a trade in! Very satisfied with these guys!
