      image To be fair, Wells Fargo will never get more than 3 stars regardless of how nice their employees can be. This spot only gets two. No dedicated parking and the building was dripping on me while using the ATM.

      image Opened an account with Wells Fargo after seeing promotional advertisements. They charged a $10 monthly service fee for each month after it was open and never provided the promotional amount. In order to close the account, they're requiring me to send a hand written letter to their unclaims department on Vaughn St. You can't do it over the phone. You can't do it online. 0/10 for Wells Fargo. This is legal theft.
