This is a great branch. I have worked several times with Ebby for loans, and he is the best! Super helpful and thoughtful and a great advocate to have in your corner.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly staff.Having moved to the area temporarily to take care of a family member, it was necessary that I open a bank account here on Portland. I knew I preferred to use a Credit Union since back home I've been a member of the same Credit Union since 1984. I love the benefits of banking with a Credit Union.  I found Advantis online, visited the Freemont location and loved the atmosphere, which was a very friendly family vibe. The staff was amazing and very professional. I also love the app for online banking! I was able to link my account back home to my Advantis account and transfer funds between the two. I am very satisfied with my decision to bank with Advantis!

Best bank/credit union I have EVER worked it. I have now switched 95% of my banking/loans to Advantis. I don't even live near a branch, closest one is over 2.5 hours away and I still find Advantis to be the easiest to work with. Their mobile app is very user friendly. Staff is always helpful and friendly on the phone or live chat. Very pleased with all I can do from so far away.

Go with literally any other financial institution. Hands down the worst "local" credit union in Portland. My card was used for fraudulent activity. Visa refunded the money, and then took it back out of my account months later apparently. This was long after I had closed my account with Advantis because of how horrid they were to work with, and Advantis then proceeded to harass me non stop to give them the money that Visa had refunded me for the fraud. Specifically the Belmont branch is full of incredibly incompetent and rude people. Cannot caution strongly enough absolutely keeping your money far away from this awful company
