        Big ol sign says courteous. What is courteous about making a 75 yr old woman recovering from a hip fracture stand in line for 20 min? 1 teller working the counter and second teller finished with one customer and then became unavailable with 7 people standing in line.

        I love banking in this branch, convenient location, two entrances to the parking. Inside is clean and bright, I always got attention in a reasonable timeframe, the cashier waiting line is also very short. Thanks Mr. Nosler helping my kid opened the first checking account in a professional manner! Good job, answer our questions in details, introduce checking account related benefits, no pushing for other services. very good experience!
