      image I called at 10:45 am 1/29, and I was asked to hold " which I replied no problem ". I then was on hold for over 5 mins, so I hung up and called back. When I got a hold of someone, I was once again asked to hold " I then said I was just holding for over 5 mins ". The lady then told me they were too busy, I told her if you are going to have someone wait that long, then click over and let person know we are very busy, and have not forgot about you. The people that work are very nice for the most part, but making someone wait over five minutes with no follow up is unprofessional. We are all busy these days, not just the bank

      image After getting fraud against my account and having to go into a branch to open a new one, it was OFF-PUTTING to have to sit through a SALE PITCH for more US Bank products. It felt like I was being held HOSTAGE. SLOWEST CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR MY WANTS... GREAT TIME MANAGEMENT FOR TRYING TO MAKE ANOTHER SALE!!! Needless to say I have closed all my accounts with this company and have gone elsewhere. In a period where they preach "Progress" all they have done is shown that they are "Progressing Towards Predatory"
