        Had a great experience at Sally Beauty. The girls working at the counter were really kind and helpful. I asked where I could find a hair product to repair damaged hair. The employee led me right to where I would find Siri products that would help me with that. She explained different things like how they work and what I could use. The atmosphere of the story was really calm. The music wasn't too loud, not so annoying. The store was pretty nicely kept, organized, and clean.

        Savanah the manager here was very rude and loud about an exchange question I had. She told me I should go to corporate because she did not want to deal with my exchange. Yulissa the other girl working was really nice about it though, she was really patient while Savanah was upset. Savanah was sarcastic and laughed when she said "have a nice day" as I walked out of the store clearly upset that they were forcing me keep a color i did not want.

        They are so helpful! You have to ask for help as they also aren't pushy, which is a boon IMHO. The lady there was very friendly and walked me through all my options and directed me to some great products. Love this store!

        I use their 2 hour delivery option at checkout and its always right on time or even early. Everything is packed neatly and its not much more money which I appreciate
