went in there and was told to use a certain product to get the yellow tone out of my hair ended up turning my hair green and orange and they refused to give me a refund on the product that i only used 20% of all they could do was give me a 50 cent discount, horrible customer service as well. They werent even nice or respectful after destroying my hair!

I should start by saying its hard for me to ask for help, this is pretty obvi by the state of my hair the other day... But i mustered the courage to ask for help correcting my overtoned purple/greenish hair... The gal with the perfectly bleached pixie hair walked me aroumd the store and explained everything i needed and how to use it! Long story short, my hair is back to a cute honey-blonde and i feel empowered having done it myself! Thank u amazing Sally Staff!
