I wish I would have caught her name but I was in yesterday and the younger girl with pink hair was extremely helpful! She gave me some great recommendations and advice. Worked out great :)

Hands down the best experience I've ever had at a Sally's. As soon as we entered Maddy asked us what we were working on, directed us to the right section, and gave us amazing recommendations to the products they personally used. I have colored my hair before and am familiar with what I need, but showed me what they thought was the better option. They turned my 20 minute trip off walking up and down the isles debating with myself to a quick and easy in, out, and done!

So first off... the manager wants you to know she's a nice lady who tries to help but her hands are tied. she did help me for 40 minutes the second time I went in. I had to go back again today, and since she can't help, it looks like I'll be back again next month. The bank Sally uses, Comenity, is predatory, aggressive, and sketchy. You can't make a payment before the amount due, is on your statement. Since they charge daily interest, you can never pay off your balance. I haven't charged here in months, Yet I must keep returning to pay daily interest. The aggressive customer service reps will hound you for that dollar. They have changed my information twice without any consent or details from me. They can't explain how it happens, and I think they are selling my data. Do not get this credit card. You'll be very sorry.

I went into the location on 7-31-23 with the sole intention of purchasing fingernail clippers. They were out. They had both a manicure and pedicure kit that didnt have fingernail or toenail clippers in them. Weird, I know. They did have a mens grooming kit, which had both clippers, a comb and a trimmer in it, but sadly it was under lock and key. It really angers me that thieves ruin it for the honest folks. Anyway, there was a long line at both registers and one associate was telling someone how to dye her hair, how to do it and which products to use. They were both super helpful that I witnessed. The store was very clean, the parking was very, very minimal. There was two handicapped spots for multiple stores. One handicapped ramp close to the stores in the vicinity. Id go there again and recommend them. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because they had no stock at all for nail and toenail clippers.
