I understand part of providing customer service is recommending products but this location has the pushiest most self centered staff I've ever encountered. Read the room, if I am walking away from you and disengaging in what you are saying, leave me alone. Just because YOU THE EMPLOYEE like MY hair does not mean I should not change it?!?! I came in to change my color, not have you suggest more things in THE SAME COLOR. Or suggest highlights to keep the brightness if I darken it. I didn't ask for that, I wanted to achieve a dark color. They don't listen, just shove what they think on you. If there was a closer place that had hair dye I would have gone there in a heartbeat. Thanks for soaking up every last minute of my lunch break to chat about stuff I didn't ask for and about your hair personal journey....

I would rather eat glass then ever take advice from a Sally Beauty employee again, they will tell you a product is one thing. And then laugh at you the next day when you come in because it was something else and the product actually completely ruins your hair. Then theyll look you dead in the face and say it happens and giggle.

I did not get the name of the person who helped me, but it was a beautiful lil human with bright orange hair under a black hat. You helped me pick out hot pink hair color for my 4 year old. The enthusiasm you had in helping me was so nice and made me feel comfortable and trusting. Ive always had good interactions at this store, but this one was the best! 10/10 will come back specifically for this person.

i loved this place i was super anxious coming in, but the employees were very kind, patient, and understanding !! plus, i love the hair dye they helped pick out for me !
