They just lied to me about transferring my prescriptions and won't fill prescriptions in a timely manner. It is abundantly clear they don't care, aren't competent enough to do their job and only lie to you when they screw up. The other negative reviews here are absolutely on point from my experience. DON'T USE THIS PHARMACY FOR ANYTHING IMPORTANT!!!

Dont waste your time with this pharmacy they are very poor at their job.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. My family moved up here from the Eugene area in 2021 for my wife to attend PSU. We intend to move back once she and my son complete their respective schooling in 2024. I did not change my Dr. I love my Dr. They are experienced and we have conversations around my care that make me feel heard. We have physical and video visits. I used this Walgreens for 18 months. At the beginning of this month (Jan 2023) I went to fill a prescription, and as the pharmacist was giving it to me, they informed me they would not be able to fill my prescriptions form now on, because my proscribing Dr was more than 50 miles away (in Eugene which is about 120 miles and some change). I asked if this was a company policy or some sort of new legislation and they informed me this was company policy. I will no longer be shopping at Walgreens for anything. Period. The staff, while friendly and helpful, are consistently understaffed and ridiculously overworked. They close the pharmacy for 30 minutes every afternoon for lunch, which just shows how understaffed they keep the place. Do not support this dumpster fire of a company with your business. The pharmacy at the nearby Albertsons is much better. Update: The pharmacy at Albertsons is now Safeway, but still has the same people and is still superior to this shell of a bussiness.
