They never answer the phone, and if you go to the branch they always make you feel like they are doing you a favor!

It is extremely frustrating to work a job where you work Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM and can never get to the bank. I have to deposit my paycheck into the ATM and even at that half the time the ATM is not accepting deposits. You change your hours constantly and it is incredibly difficult to find out when I can access my bank that I have been banking with since 2014. Its kind of ridiculous, especially when my husband banks with OCCU and theyre open on the weekends which makes it incredibly enticing to want to switch.

Refuse to answer their phone during normal and slow business hours. I am waiting on an important transaction and saw it went through. Before I drive 30 minutes to get there, I wanted to call and confirm with them. I've called for the past 30 minutes and no answer. Is anyone working there???? Everytime I go in there there's never a rush or long line. This is terrible business practices.
