        Myles was extremely helpful in assisting with a transfer issue I had for weeks in about 5 minutes. Super nice guy and very knowledgeable, will be coming back to this branch in the future!

        Well, we go there planning on closing our kids accounts and take out the cash. Their system crashes mid way so we get told well have to come back to pick up the check. But my husband isnt allowed to cash it since theyve had my ID even tho he was on the kids accounts as well. and Im 34 weeks pregnant and its a 30 minute drive for us what a waste of our precious time and what a great decision to close all my accounts with US BANK. Trying to call the branch was a waste too because nobody takes the call. Sorry but you guys suck! And your interior and exterior needs some fixing up.
