I'd give them a zero if I could. I was surrounded by homeless people in the bank, nothing against them, but I pay rent downtown and was denied a bank account here, cuz they thought I was getting an account to get a roll of quarters! This bank is the only bank that denies me, I was born and raised here and have every influential influence in this town. It's time to boycott places that treat you this way. This place is truly COMMUNISM in America. Boycott!

The worst BofA Ive ever gone to. Always 1 teller, even if a big line forms, they still have only 1 teller. There are a lot of people working at that branch and only 1 teller. Theres a lady with glasses and red hair, wholl help you if you can use the atm, but shell tell you to wait in line if she cant help. She told me I needed to wait last time I went in because I needed to get 20 dollars worth of quarters. I wait an average of 30 to 45 minutes when Im in there. Ive been banking with BofA for more than 23 years, and this specific branch makes me want to switch banks.
