Umpqua Bank

Multiple significantly disappointing interactions at various locations with different tellers have left me feeling incredibly disenfranchised. I do not recommend umpqua bank EDIT: dont bother replying with your canned empathy statement umpqua, as its just as meaningless and ineffectual as your staff.

I dread coming to this location. Unfortunately this is the closest bank to me and I always get discriminated by EVERY employee.. Not fair, might switch banks.

Once again the employees at this branch did not do their job. This has happened before. Phone calls not returned, help absolutely not rendered and no follow through, all while being very condescending.

Well they charge me over draft fees even if I get money in the same day every time my fianc of 8 years &3 children later calls for info they wont let me talk and if I try they say they will hang up because its not my account and they ask him to take it off of speaker the rudest people ever and I made and appointment to set up an account even after all of this because of all the trouble they cause us I thought it would be easier if I could just transfer money to an account for myself and of course the appointment never came and I called there mortgage guy to help us get our loan for our first home and we never even got a call back so the only reason we are here is because thats where his job had there account set up but I would never use this bank by choice I hope that one day they change and get better but today is not that day
