Wonderful experience with Diversified Heating & Cooling, Inc. I had four other companies come out and give me a quote for a new furnace when ours went out and they had the best deal by far. And the only company to offer 0% financing. The whole team I worked with, Jess, Travis and Raul, were all very nice and professional. They installed the new furnace quickly and it's been working great! Would definitely recommend.

My furnace stopped working during the record setting cold in January 2024. Trying to find someone to come out to Eagle Crest was difficult at best. I didnt think Diversified - who serviced my furnace in my previous home in Bend - would be willing to come out. But they did! The technician arrived exactly when he said he would. He worked hard to diagnose the problem - a combination of several issues. Fixed the furnace and made short order of installing the new thermostat which was the primary issue. Personable, professional and efficient. A lifesaver!
