Really unprofessional. They dont care about getting permits to do their work, they harass your phone about letting them do work without permits, and then for some reason stormed around on my carpet in mud caked boots so now my carpet needs to be cleaned. I was expecting a professional company to lay down a tarp or take their shoes off, I dont know. I just feel really disappointed about how much stress this company has caused and I wish I had gone with a company that knew how to get permits, communicate about billing in a timely manner, and were respectful. I just kind of feel scared and alone by this whole company disregarding me. They also never scheduled when they were going to show up, they just showed up and I had to leave work in a panic.

We have used Superior Service for over ten years at two homes. They have installed new systems and maintained existing ones. Any time weve had an issue they have shown up same day even on the weekend and fixed the problem. I highly recommend them! Service: Heating system repair

Superior Service is top notch. I had called out two other heating/cooling companies who could not figure out why my heater would not turn on. Kip came out and knew that my house had a bad ground. He added new grounding rods and sure enough the heater turned on. He was professional, precise, determined and never gave up on my situation. I cant thank him enough for exceptional service. Two time I have called Superior Services for refrigeration/freezer repairs at my place of business. Both times they have responded the same day and have given me excellent service and have gotten my units up and running quickly. They are very professional, prompt and reasonable. I would not hesitate at all to call them again. It is getting harder and harder these days to get good customer service
