        I contacted several companies here in Bend to get my old system evacuated and to have my new heat pump brazed and charged. Out of the 6-7 companies I contacted Heat/Cool was the only company that returned my call promptly, gave a me a fair price and did the work in a timely manner. Several other companies either never returned my call, gave me an outrageous price, or were unable to do the work for 4 months.
