Our heat stopped working in October 2023. We had another local heating company out twice and neither visit resulted in our heat getting fixed. I had Athen from Pyramid out and in less than 20 minutes he diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and in a couple days our heating was fixed and we havent had any issues for several months. We found our new preferred heating and cooling company and look forward to working with them in the future.

We were able to schedule prompt emergency service when our HVAC stopped working in the middle of sub-zero temperatures and a snow storm. Jason Hunt was our technician and he was fantastic! Knowledgeable, personable, and really cared about restoring our service and getting us warmed up as quickly as possible.

When my furnace started making a loud noise I called a local company to come and repair it. His quote for repair was about $5000.00. It is a 30 year old gas furnace and I pointed out I couldn't justify spending so much for repair as my research showed a new furnace was between $ 6000.00 to $9000.00. I called Pyramid HVAC to come and look at it. Mind you it is winter and not having heat was miserable. With in 4 days I had a new furnace installed for $ 5500.00. This is a company that delivers a human element, fair pricing and goes above and beyond to give quick service and honest service!. Highly recommend this company!!
