I want to give a BIG THANK YOU!! to,The Park At Greenway Apartments.I moved in October 2019 into a one bedroom apartment with a one year lease. Due to the Covid 19 virus I have had to move. I simply went into the office talked with Office apartment manager Sandy with good graces and explained my situation. The Park at Greenway Park Apartments Not only let me move out without holding me responsible forthe remainder on the one year lease but also refunded my deposit and once the Covid 19 virus situation is under control and my situation improves they would like me to return to rent another apartment.Thank you again The Park at Greenway Apartments!Sincerely Shari Johnson

Talked to them on the phone, she seemed professional and as friendly as she could be regarding my situation and major stress I was under. I was obviously extremely frustrated due to the fact that they're charging me over one thousand dollars for items they replaced in one of their apartment properties I recently moved from even though a lot of the stuff was normal wear and tear besides the carpet which I can understand. Not only that but the unit we were in had mold that wasn't taken care of unfortunately and they all were aware of it... I give two stars because of the professional conversation during my stress episode they don't seem like bad people, but at the same time this situation I've been put in seems a little shady. I'd still recommend their property that I was living at and hopefully the company can learn from my experience and improve!

We lived at Kinnaman Crossing (a JIL Development-managed property built around 2014) for several years and we had a wonderful experience. It is the only apartment I've ever been sad to leave. We were on the top floor in a two bedroom unit. The soundproofing between apartments is fantastic. I barely ever heard my neighbors AND I had a newborn in this apartment who would wake at every sound, but she never woke up due to noise from neighbors. I felt safe in the area and I could walk to several parks or to the store when I needed anything. Since I worked from home without access to a vehicle, this was a huge plus for me. The rooms are nice and spacious and the water pressure is good. Never had any pest or mold problems and the apartment manager/maintenance team were always quick to reply to needs. Nice appliances and lots of kitchen space.10/10 would live here still if I didn't have to move out of state!
