Oak & Iron by Trion Living

The old working appliances are sub par quality. Things are not replaced until they are broken,... The garbage really piles up here, and there are not enough garbage pick ups for the amount of garbage deposited in the small dumpsters!... The older unrenovated unit's monthly rent price are average compared to other choices nearby. Moreover, being really near the max train is convenient if you do not want to drive/park to the Zoo, or airport etc,...

In my honest opinion is one of the best Apartment Complex. I ever lived in! Ive been living at Oaks for quite some time. Its very convenient to explore the area for example theres Fred Meyers it will take you approximately 10 minutes just to walked from the Apartment complex to Fred Myers. If you have a pet Theres (Mud bay, Petco) Trader Joes New Seasons, Veggie grill Best Buy, Beaverton food carts Beaverton market etc. And also The management are very pet friendly I never had an issue with Management about my dog. Even though the apartment was small? But in my honest opinion that location of the Apartment Complex it was worth it.Theres a lot of great areas to explore. Neighbors for the most part theyre were very pleasant everyones kept to themselves. Very quiet place theres kids but theres a Playground is across the street.From the Apartment complex, So the majority of the kids will go to that playground The majority of the time is always quiet. But the best part is just to Explored the area Everything is close just walking distance. It was quite sad to leave Oak And Iron place. I Will miss it Overall it was a pleasant Experience. Management It was good. I didnt have no issues with the New and the Old management? I remember December of last Year. A new management bought the property. I believe Oak and Iron bought Brookshire Meadows that was the name of the Apartment complex at that time I didnt stay that long. Honestly I cant gave an a opinion with the new management because I didnt focus on the Management drama And I didnt had a Issue with the new Management? The only thing I care about was the location. If you just dont pay attention to the drama itself it will be a very pleasant place to live. The only critique I can say About the Apartment in my unit one of the closets because it was small area of a Closet it collected mold during the Fall in the Winter seasons if you dont have a Dehumidifier it will gather mold in the ceiling But besides that is a great place to live in my opinion
