    After a year and a half of living here, I was so happy with how Brian and Stephanie took care of me and made my apartment feel like a home. The people around my unit kept to themselves and the complex is overall peaceful. Highly recommend! It was a pleasure to live here!

    I have lived here going on 4 years. I was completely dismayed by the previous staff that never answered phones or emails, repair requests were ignored, often no one even in the office. It was pretty much every man for himself! NOW there has been a huge improvement and I am happy to be here. New management is friendly, respectful, responsive and will go out of their way to address needs or concerns. Pronto! The maintenance team is on top of their game as well. Nice!

    I have lived in Willow Grove for exactly a year now and will be living here another year. Currently Brian Edwards and Stephanie Jones are the Managing/Leasing Consultants at this property. I started my lease at the very beginning of COVID. Throughout my lease we've had a *PANDEMIC*, Snow Storms, Wildfires, and just about every other crisis you could imagine. These two have been really great. I think it is very important to point out there have been so many things out of Brian and Stephanie's control, but they both proactively work to find resolutions to any problems or concerns. In my experience working with Stephanie and Brian, they are attentive and resourceful. They post regularly on the Community Page to alert all residents of anything new or important, they are responsive to email, and by phone. Being very realistic about what is within their power to fix or improve these two do a great job. They have always been very considerate, truly a joy to work with.

    I lived in Willow Grove from 2014 up to 2020, APT #114 (as an international student) All my payments were paid in full on time (early). Never missed a payment, never had complains against me and never made any problems. My apartment was cleaner than when I got it, took 100% good care of it. I knew ahead of time that I will be graduating 2020 and made adjusments to my lease because I knew that I had to leave earlier than the date on my lease. However, when Covid hit, which was something completely out of everyones hands. I had to break my lease early with absolutely no other option. I also notified the leasing office on time that I had to break my lease and explained why. They asked for proof and I provided them all the proof they asked for in order to drop the break lease fee. I told them to keep the deposit I had with them, which is the most I could do at the moment, so I wasnt even asking to drop the full amount of the break lease fee, I was going to pay a good chunk of it. When I left, there wasnt 1 thing they had to do/fix in my apartment, so I wasnt charged anything from my deposit. (Moreover, since I lived there for a long time, they renewed the interior of the old apartments like mine, and when I renewed my lease each year I didnt even ask for the renevation.) After all, I just wanted everyone to know that Willow Grove will take absolutely nothing into consideration if something happens even though you were the ideal customer and lived their many years. Now, they have my full deposit and they didnt drop of the break lease fee. I had a lot of friends that lived in Portland which the break lease fee was a lot more nothing compared to Willow Grove such as the waterfront, and they dropped the break lease fee even when they lived there less than 2 years. You guys can read all the down sides from the other reviews, which are 100% true.
