    This management needs improvement and change the manger Rachel she is racist and very rude!!! And all of them that work there cover for her just because theyre friends. First of all you dont need a social security number to apply that is discrimination! Then they blow you off , Follow up with Washington County!!She needs to be more kind, respectful to her tenants she has an issue with Hispanics. She just with her bad attitude. Blocking them before friends start attacking! And defending each other.

    Consider yourself warned. If I could choose zero stars, I would! This company doesn't keep up on maintenance on their properties. Also everyone knows there are certain things that should be replaced every certain amount of years because of wear and tear. They don't do this either. They'll even lie and say it's because the maintenance wasn't brought to their attention, even if the tenants did notify them. They are impossible to reason with because they get defensive and hostile. If you move out they will charge you thousands of dollars for maintenance that should have already been done. They collect higher than average rental and lease costs, but the units are below average.

We value all our tenants. When tenants stop paying their rent, however, regardless of race, we must take legal action and have their tenancy terminated. It is not the job of a property owner to be your banker. Rent must be a priority. If you live at our properties, your home will be cared for and in return, you will be expected to pay your rent ON TIME. If it is not paid within the timeframe required by law, we have no choice but to make the tough decisions of saying goodbye to tenants. Again, race has nothing to do with our business practice. It is business....not personal. I know you are upset with us that we are trying to collect the thousands you still owe for back rent, but that too, is not personal - it is business. When someone chooses to live at an Omni property, know we value you as a human being - even going so far as to try connecting you with agencies available for financial, emotional and protective assistance. But we still require you pay rent :)

We appreciate feedback and certainly wish this anonymous person the best. We pride ourselves on providing excellent service to both our tenants and our property owners. There is always a balancing act and are happy and quick to address maintenance concerns, when they are brought to our attention. When damage is tenant caused, tenants are asked to pay for repairs or replacements. Regardless, if there are safety concerns, we immediately address them. We have a routine semi-annual inspection at each property but if items occur between these, we so rely on tenants to bring them to our attention, through the proper channels. We have a 9's and 10's motto when turning over a unit. That doesn't mean an older unit is getting a full remodel, though. It means all units are clean, safe and in good working condition. Our goal is happy, long-term tenants and our properties and efforts reflect such. Thank you for reading. If you are a tenant who takes care of where they live, follows the lease terms and doesn't allow their animals to destroy their home, you will love working with us.
