Water pressure and temperature was great, and the staff was friendly and attentive. that's about all I have to say that's positive about this hotel.
Our first room had a bedbug, clear as day, under the sheets. The staff was quick to get us another, which had hair all over the sheets, and someone's wallet under the pillow. Finally, the third room we were given had a bug-free bed and clean sheets.

I drove twelve hours to get to this location and was rather excited to unwind and sleep before picking up my friend early the next day. I checked under the mattress of the room I had booked (111) and found a bed bug. Taking this to the front desk, I was given another room (126). The sheets on the bed in this room were covered in black hairs and particulate. When I pulled the (MADE, mind you) bedding off of the bed, the contents of someone's wallet fell out of it. When I went to the front desk I was simply given yet another room (107). The office told me this had never happened before, and I'm inclined to believe they've just never had someone notice it before. I got to my third room and examined every inch of it for any of the life-ruiningly invasive parasites that the hotel can't be bothered to keep out of their rooms, and thankfully found none. I did find a set of used contact lenses, and whatever that imprint of white powder is, but at that point I was just satisfied with not sharing a bed. Genuinely terrible experience all around, to the point that it makes me not want to travel knowing places like this can await me. Really hoping I didn't take anything more than bad memories home from this.
