Beds small. There were bugs crawling on bed. Not sure if they were bed bugs.

Would love to stay here again but the pillows were flat as a pancake and you felt every spring on that worn out mattress. First hotel in years that i got lousy sleep at. Other then that great staff,very clean and nice plus a decent breakfast.

The room was IMPECCABLE! I got the Queen suite for 2 nights which consists of 2 queen beds and a sitting room that has a pullout bed. The two TV's made it great for the kids gaming on one while allowing us to watch the other. The bathroom was well sized with a shallow bathtup, water was okay vut they could stand to do a little maintenance in the showerhead (a little CLR would go a long way) and in drain maintenance (a little drain cleaner once a month would hurt no one). The pool was closed on our first night, despite them reassuring us that it would be open (when we checked in). It was open the second night however but the point is that aside from Great Wolf Lodge, every other place had their pool closed for the season, and while on vacation, we wanna swim. The facility, pre-authorized the room total, which unbeknownst to me, they held as a deposit, and required me to shell out an additional $275 for the stay which is absurd. And yes, I do know that I get the money from the pre-authorization back, however that took a week to receive back, which was $275 out of the trip budget. The lock on room died on us, and when I mentioned it to the desk, they reprogrammed the card and sent me back, guess what didn't work, so I told them again that the lock had died, the gentleman asked me what color came on the lock when I tried, to which I replied "None, nothing happens" so three of us went back and the manager lady tried her special magnetic key, but guese what... Lol.... Then she had to go back to the desk to get a brass key and battery which they switched out and got us on our way 20 minutes later.
