Spencer is always friendly and helpful. I inquired about an area to charcoal after the pool closed for the summer and she took me around in the cart and showed me where the grills were. The grounds are kept beautifully, and this complex is maintained very professionally. I highly recommend this location to call home.

We moved in Sept 2023 and the application process was so easy and fast! The young lady's in the leasing office are wonderful, just keep patience's as they have so many move- in's. I love the apartments and the community itself is very clean, even with pets.

Zach and Chandler were of great help fulfilling my specific requirements while touring and made the process of sign up convenient. Thank you guys. Apartments Location is good and Well Maintained. Yes, I would recommend Valencia apartments for leasing.

I applied with the best of intentions and the person who attended us at first was kind but did not guide us on the precautions. I was constantly calling and introducing myself to bring what I asked for and they were becoming more and more required in the end, as the person knew that our English was not very good, he thought that we did not understand when we spoke to his boss, he told him that he did not understand why we insisted and, incidentally, questioning why we were moving there after we came from Miami, I thought it was disrespectful in all sense and I did not insist more because I feel that they did not treat me as I should.
