      We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We understand that wifi may not be essential for everyone, yet it's included in the package and is always disclosed as a part of the Benefits Package for this community. As for high rent, we do understand there are annual increases, but we believe it's competitive considering our location and offerings. We do appreciate your feedback and will certainly take this into consideration.
