        We ordered a washer and dryer set for 2k.Had a difficult time with sales person on where to locate what we wanted. We waited around patiently. After around 45 minutes, we were advised to just call and order online, because they couldnt locate a sales rep at the High point store over the phone. The High Point location didnt offer delivery on the items we wanted, nor, were they listed at the clearance price that was stated at our local store. We decided to get a set they had in stock, that was a bit more expensive. The set was delivered the next day but the Lowes rep failed to specify that if we wanted to stack them,we needed a kit. Delivery dropped it off and told us we had to get back with Lowes to order the kit. So we have a heavy dryer in the middle of the room cause it cant be stacked in our small laundry space. I wish they had first off, been more attentive to people willing to spend thousands of dollars,while also being knowledgeable on what is needed during installation. Also, theres 2 gigantic scratches and a ding mark on the dryer door,because there was no cellophane cover on the BRAND NEW dryer. Next time, well just go through Best Buy. We are working to get a resolution. We put a dent in our wallet just to turn around and feel this frustrated?We wont use this store anymore for big purchases. Best Buy will have our full attention from here on out. Thats for dang sure.
