Was told I would get my washer & dryer the next day (which was necessary) but never got it. We even bought the more expensive ones because they said they could guarantee it to be delivered the next day. Called to find out what was going on and instead of them taking care of the customer, they told me to call and talk the delivery service myself. Was on hold for 40 minutes. Smh!! Poor customer service.

So.... thanks a lot Lumber Lane Lowes Home Improvement. Strongly recommend to avoid paint department at this location. We purchased 5 gallons of Valspar paint+primer for a large renovation project. When we took it to the paint counter, the employee asked if we needed it to be tinted. We said we were just painting the entire interior white, so the employee shook the 5 containers and we returned them to our cart and made our purchase. It took four coats to cover the already light-colored cream walls. Back to Lowes we went to purchase five additional gallons, but this time we went to a Winston Salem Lowes closer to where we were at the time. The employee at this location informed us that the type of paint we purchased had to be tinted, even if the base was white... and pointed out that this was the reason so many coats had been required previously. We should have been more savvy consumers, but the management at Lumber Lane Lowes should be proactive in training and enforcing customer service with their employees.
Hanes Mall Blvd review from a few years ago was 5 stars.....
Through the Lowes on Hanes Mall Blvd, we had our entire homes flooring replaced with SmartCore Ultra Luxury Vinyl Flooring. The house is our first concrete slab experience and we knew to avoid hardwood and ruled out laminate because we wanted the flooring to be the same throughout and to be truly waterproof. The plank flooring is beautiful! But about the workersNoah and Gary were amazing! They always showed up on time, gave us the benefit of their years of experience, worked tirelessly, and left us immensely pleased with our new flooring. We went with the contractors available through Lowes and cannot recommend their work highly enough.

Very helpful, not as knowledgeable as I talked with an Lowes employer should've been to my knowledge. Very Clean inside as always.
