      image My fridge died . Rushed to get a new one before my food went bad. Called was told a model was there and they put their hand on it . I said Ill take it out my name on it and Ill be there in 20 mins . They said they will have it up front . Get there not up front . Wait for the appliance guy to deal with some for almost an hour ordering a washer and drier . Now it was 7:55 they close at 8 . He finally finished up and goes to get the fridge they dont have it . There was suppose to be 2 and I was told they had them with hands on them before I got there . Got management which tried to help with another fridge but they didnt have that either . Lost my food in the end and didnt get a fridge they said they had . This 1 star and awful isnt the only one from Lowes but what are we going to do . Its corporate and no one cares at all . I miss mom and pop stores

      image We were in just this past Sunday in the afternoon and bought 8 Levelor Blinds that we needed custom cut. Rolanda was very helpful, professional, and actually really nice. I enjoyed chatting with her while she patiently cut and carefully repacked them all for us. Then offered to ring is up sines she knew it was busy up front. Very cool. And everyone else we spoke to that day was really pleasant. The one in Goldsboro is awful. This one was downright pleasant.
