Had you not paid for the blinds up front, we would have incurred the total loss of the product because of your indecisiveness. This is why you have to sign sales contracts which afford some level of protection to all the subcontractors involved in the sell of a new home. You also wrote the check for the wrong amount because you conviently failed to include the sales tax. Steve went above and beyond in this situation and you mistakingly thought your only recourse was to list misinformation about our company on google reviews.
