Check your clothes , piece by piece and look at your receipt before you leave. They have made millions off our black dollars but won't support this community at all. No coupons, no discount days and horrible attitudes. And they raised their prices but not the quality of cleaning. If they make a mistake, it's your loss. Been coming here over 25 years and not one discount. Just them wraggedy calendars.

If I could give a zero, I would. Their customer service is horrible. We got back a mattress protector and it looked like garbage. When my wife went to ask them what they could do, they kept saying there was nothing they could do. They bounced her between the two managers multiple times and each kept saying there was nothing they could do. There was no attempt to compensate us for the damage but they finally decided to try "shaving" the protector to see if they could remove the damage. While successful, the stress they caused my wife and the fact that they didn't even look at the care instructions to determine that they shouldn't try to dry clean the item is beyond me. She wasted about an hour with the back and forth and they could have tried what they did when it was brought to them 3 days ago! Such a lousy attitude. Service: General bedding cleaning

Glam-O- Rama did a great job dry cleaning and washing over 80 pieces of apparel damaged by a carpet removal company working for a damage remediation business. All items were returned in excellent condition. I was pleased by their expedient handling. Their charges were not prohibitive given the scope of work.
