        Employees are polite and friendly. I gave two stars because several of my suits were damaged in the cleaning process. My buttons are broken and chipped.

        I have used this cleaners 3x prior without any problems. I took the same 2 comforters to be cleaned. They have apparently misplaced one of the comforters. We have called and my husband went and was told they couldnt find it.

      Patrick, we are so very sorry to hear about this. We would love the chance to assist with these issues. Button replacement is free and this is a service we provide in our inspection process. We are so sorry we missed the mark here. Are you by chance willing to bring your garments back to the store for us to repair?
