Took a VERY expensive pair of pants in to have tailored. Did not realize at the time they send items out to be tailored. Receptionist did not speak English very well but simply asked as I showed her the hem of the pants to please take up the hem an inch and a half. After two weeks out, picked up the pants and when I tried them on, the hem had not been touched but realized they had taken in THE WAIST an inch and 1/2 which made them unable to be fastened. The material had been cut out and stitched which left no material to be able to repair. It was a simple request and not sure they can be repaired. So disappointed and no way they will admit guilt. Will never go back for any services.

Have always had a lovely experience here. Taken many items, especially bulky household items like comforters and pillows here for cleaning. They always do a nice job. Thanks!
