        IF I COULD PUT ZERO STARS I WOULD!! I sent my wedding dress to them just for a PRESS before the wedding and I came to pick it up on the day it was promised and it wasn’t even touched! They had wrapped it up in a ball and placed it on the FLOOR! (LOOK AT THE PHOTOS! - that’s haw the lady handed me my WEDDING DRESS!) It got dirty and they refused to clean it after they made it dirty and they said they didn’t have the machine to press the dress after they had already charged me for it and made me leave it with them for days!!!! It was the worst experience ever!!!!!!! If you need reliable people DON’T LEAVE ANYTHING VALUABLE WITH THEM!!!! I now have a DIRTY and WRINKLED wedding dress! Thanks so much!!!
