The worst, do not use. The first time I went, they lost an expensive top of mine. The second time, they lost my expensive dress. When trying to communicate these errors and get a resolution their English is not good enough to understand you. Horrible experience. Alterations are always done with precision and earlier than date promised. I love that I found this place- a good tailor is really hard to find and this owner really goes above and beyond with customer service! Service: Alterations

Very dishonest business. Charged me $28 to hem my dress and it was not done. Yesterday I went back to get a refund and she lied and told me she had no record of my payment although I do since I paid with a credit card. Liars and dishonest. They don't do the work, but charge you.
