Booked a room via Expedia. Got to the hotel, only to be told they didn't have a room for us. I asked why no one let us know? Not their problem. It took us 3 more hotels before we found a room, causing us to be late to our event! Got home today, and received an email with the receipt for the room they didnt have for us!!! I called and she saidwell refund the card but if you dont see the credit in a couple days, give us a call back. NO! How about you do your damn job and make sure the card is credited and call ME to confirm its done. Why is the burden on me when you screw it up. SMHno accountability!

The staff are awesome sauce. The rooms are cozy. The parking lot needs a return to the drawing board. Food & drinks: Plenty of shops and restaurants in the surrounding area.
