Hampton Inn Greensboro-Airport

Booking mix-up, but excellent customer service saved the day There was some kind of disconnect with our online reservation at the Hampton Inn, but the receptionist went above and beyond to fix the problem and get us settled in two rooms. The breakfast was also really good. The only thing I wasn't a fan of were the eggs (but hey, I'm spoiled with fresh eggs at home!). I did learn hotels (at least the staff) are not fans of the online discount sites and gave us a tip. Most of the time you can get the same deal by calling the hotel. Not online. But old school calling if the price does not match just be honest and tell them what you are seeing on whatever site you're using Rooms: Walls are thin Nearby activities: Worlds largest chest No not that kind! This our stop for the night its close enough to the airport that one that flys in can speed the night with us. Or if you want to pick them up in the morning on your way back on the road. We all love the rooms which are Clean, friendly staff and we love the breakfast bar thats included! Plus get a good nights sleep no loud noises. I recommend staying here. Rooms: Clean and quiet. I like the small fridge and coffee maker. Nice and roomy. Food & drinks: Only can I remark on the free breakfast Buffet. We get there late after dinner. But have had pizza by a close by Restaurant.
