        I had made a reservation for a one night stay about two weeks in advance for two connecting rooms. Upon arrival, I hadnt been issued my digital key as usual when it comes to my Hilton reservations. After 30 minutes I checked in with the front desk, only to be told one of the rooms Id selected on the Hilton honors app wasnt actually available as it had shown on the app. Additionally, I ended up paying $220 more than my initial reservation, which made no sense. Hotel staff was friendly, but this was downright poor service paired with a ridiculous and unnecessary up charge.

        Clean rooms, just updated facilities. 1.50 to wash and dry combined! Staff was very friendly. Good breakfast considering it was microwave type meals Rooms: Nice Nearby activities: Close to shopping and food Walkability: Not very close to walk places

        I had a reservation made from my colleague after 24hrs of flight... Reservation was under his name but mentioned on the reservation that I'm supposed to be arriving which Hilton confirmed. While arriving, a guy named Dwayne did not let me in.. Made me wait for more than 1 hour... Did not bothered to provide a the free WiFi password for me to make a WhatsApp call and said he wouldn't be able to call my colleague. After 1hr, he finally let me in after I managed to send an email to my colleagues. He then gave a wrong WiFi code. To conclude, a really bad experience. Would not recommend.
